JV Giveaways Part 1
Welcome to JV GIVEAWAYS EXPLAINED PART 1
This will be the first of many posts that I will be doing, explaining why JOINT VENTURE GIVEAWAY EVENTS really are a fast way of building your Subsciber Opt in list.
Now if you have had experience in Internet Marketing at all, you will already know that there are thousands of techniques to making money online, but there is a number one factor of making money online, and that is getting Traffic to your Website or Blog etc. JV Giveaway Events are a Fantastic way of doing this.
I have been taking part in JV Giveaways for a few months now and I am starting to get to know all the techniques of how to use them and how they run, so in this first post of many to come, I will be talking about the steps from joining the JV Giveaway Events below as a:
- Contributor or Member
- To adding your Profile
- To adding Gifts to the JV
- To adding One Time Special Offers
- To adding Text Ads
Signing up as a Contibutor:
You must provide a free downloadable Gift. This can be an e-Book, Software, Website Headers, PLR-Articles, or a piece of Software which are called Products, that you want to giveaway to a larger arena of people, or any other free product that can benefit the members of the giveaways, a JV GIVEAWAY EVENT is a fantastic place to be a Contributor and to Build your Subscriber Opt-in List at an astounded rate at the same time.
Signing up as a member:
If you don’t have anything to promote but just want to download loads of great Products for FREE! then you can do that, you can just sign up as a member!
Adding your Profile.
- Set it up as soon as you register for a Giveaway Event.
- This is the most important step you must do when you sign up, the reason I state this is because when you sign up and activate your account you will be sent a new password to log in with, so it is best to change that straight away. Also make sure you add your PayPal account email address, you may ask yourself WHY? It’s because when you add your One Time Offer products and somebody buys it, or you promote the Giveaway Event, and somebody signs up through your link and pays for the upsell. You might lose commisions,
Well You want to be paid RIGHT!!
- Make sure that you use a decent Photo of yourself…Remember that you are representing you Business in these Events, and your Profile image should be one that makes people want to work with you…
- Your Photo image needs to be no more than 200 x 200 Pixels
Thats it for your Adding your Profile….Now your ready to get Listing…

It has been proven several times that giveaways are very good ways to get subscribers to your list. I have used them several times with mixed success. But I have found that if the gift has no real value, the subscriber will not stay around for long.

Hi Lee
Giveaways area great idea and you can certainly increase your list. As long as you give something of value you should be able to retain the sign up as a subscriber.
A little about me – My name is Sue McDonald and I am a student of Mark Terrell and I am actually going through the course a second time – by invitation. I love it and know if I do all he says, I will be successful. I am Australian but the US is my second home as I have family there and visit quite often. This is why I started Internet Marketing so I can travel whenever I want and have the money to do what I want.
Well I hope you are doing well and you become very successful. I would love you to come visit my blog and leave a comment.
Kind regards
Sue

Hey Lee
I have just come for a visit to your site. How are you going?
Yes it’s Mark and I am following my students as they post on other peoples blogs. They don’t know that I am always checking to see they are getting results. I am passionate about helping them achieve and then they are able to make some money online exactly the same as I am doing. It is not really difficult as long as they are willing to put in the effort.
Always pleasing if I can see some of my students have posted comments. Keep up the good work.
Regards
Mark

Giveaways are a great way to build your list. It’s the very first method I used. Not too time consuming to set up once you have your product and squeeze page ready.
Nice tutorial on getting started. I could use more info on OTO’s and text ads for sure!
